Tomorrow, it’s a big Frankfurt reunion. I’m djing with Viola, Bitz and Steffen at Alex Sinclair’s Hello party! It is going to be super hot in town, so be sure to wear almost nothing. Very excited about this. And it is a new location for us. YAY!

Sportverein 1894 Sachsenhausen e.V.
Gerbermühlstraße 110, Frankfurt
Gay Pride Frankfurt is this weekend & we’re awaiting Mary Messhausen for the parade tomorrow.
In case you’re going to be about town and still looking for a bag or you just ordered your Kelly and it hasn’t arrived yet, fear no longer: Now you can get your Kelly paper bag from the Hermes website. A couple of styles are available, just cut & glue. (via jocko)
Today, we spent a wonderful afternoon by the river Main. Doc Nancy was in her best mood when she got a ride on the BierBike, helping them cuties to keep the wheels spinning and the juices flowing. Who knew that chillin’ on a barrel could provide so much fun?
In next to no time, Doc Nancy will be back with her mathematical life counseling session. Get your burning questions ready because Doc Nancy will be happy to give you some valuable advice.
Back in Frankfurt, I’ve finally overcome my jet lag. Last night we went to the ballet to see “Impressing the Czar” choreographed by William Forsythe in 1988 and now re-introduced under his guidance. It was performed by the Royal Ballet of Flanders, marking the first time this piece was done by another ensemble.
The last part of Czar has the whole troupe dancing in school girl uniforms to repetitive beats and cymbals. Thoughts of Britney Spears came to my mind, with all the male dancers basically being in Britney hit-me-baby-one-more-time drag.
In case you have to get tickets, go to the box office 10 minutes prior to the show and buy your last minute seats. It’s on for 3 more days only.
Hotnuts in Frankfurt!
Kleine Rittergasse 13
Saturday, March 31 / 11 pm
DJ’s Birgit, Viola and produzentin
This is the first time we’re djing together. Very exciting.
Get your crazy person outfit ready & partake in the shindigs. Please.
It’s also a little bit my Frankfurt going-away-for-now party.
I left Frankfurt Saturday morning and drove to Antwerp. I took a picture of this.
By 11pm I was back at my apartment.
Birgit, Sabs, Viola and I sat by the river today. The water stood quite high in the riverbed. I didn’t get a coffee because the queue at the Maincafe was apparently 8 kilometers long. Someone said that they still operated the bar according to their winter schedule.
In the evening, we watched tv and ate Euro Münzen.
I’m into Ricardo Villalobos now. At least into his almost 15 minutes remix of Beck’s Cellphone’s Dead (listen). The remix is on the deluxe edition of his Information album.

Party Rundgang Städelschule
Daimlerstr. 32 – Frankfurt
(that’s very far east, don’t get lost)
DJs Birgit and produzentin
This is the very first time Birgit and I are djing together. I’m very excited. Of course, we’re going to play some Strictly Rhythm. Also, Birgit will be back in Toronto later this year and she has agreed to play Hotnuts with me. This is going to be full of pizazz.
Between my sets at Städel, I want to make out with at least one professor.
No art students for me. Sorry.
Birgit and I send uplifting wishes to our DJ sister Viola.
Get well soon, darling.
I messed around with the Städelschule website
The second Don’t Tell Mama is this Saturday.
Come, party and don’t tell her.

My friend Michael Dreher did the interior design for the new 25 Hours Hotel at Hanauer Landstrasse in Frankfurt. Michael invited me to a tour of almost all the wonderful 49 rooms. Here are a few of the design highlights.

I’m back in Frankfurt for a few weeks. On my first jet-lagged night, I went to Don’t Tell Mama, Alex Sinclair’s new party at Im Bett, just around the corner from S.
It was so good to hear Miss Viola dj. After Mama, at 5 am, we went to have an early morning drink at S. All in all, it was a wonderful night with Sabs, Bits, Nancy, Superschum (I think he needs to update his blog), Alex and Isa.
I’m happy to be back.
Loved Kiki’s performance at Don’t Tell Mom.
She’s a slut. Missed her.
